This part of a personal web page is, I think, the hardest part. At least it is for me. I don't really like to talk to much about myself since I don't really know what someone else would find interesting. For all I know you could be yawning and wondering when I did something cool with my life. But then, this wouldn't be a personal web page if I didn't have some information about me.
I'll try to keep the personal information short.
My father is a pastor at a local United Methodist Church. My mother and father have been happily married for many, many years. My mother had two sons, Victor and Robin, from a previous marriage, and my father had two daughters, Margaret and Denise, from a previous marriage. On February 28th, 1980 I was born. I'm the only child from both of them. My grandmother lives with them. She's 96 years young. My kitty, Kitsa, died in July 2005.
I've been on the internet since 1995. It all started when I went to the bookstore with Vic and when he bought some video games he got a free install disk plus a month free with Netcom. He gave it to me. My dad paid for it. Some of the nicknames I've gone by have been Demoness, Ky10Kat, Nekosama, FallenAngel, GreenEyedAngel, Yakusa, and Keshara. My first website was on geocities. I have since repented of that grievous sin. Forgive me. I didn't know any better. At one time I had a midi collection that seemed to be very popular.
Right now I'm working full time for Cigna Government Services. I was a major in Paralegal Studies at Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tennessee. Before that I was going to school at Trevecca Nazarene University. I was a music major for a brief year. I was on a scholarship for piano and voice. I've been playing the piano since I was 6, and singing since I was 11. I also started playing the clarinet when I was in 5th grade. At Trevecca I was in the pianist in the Jazz Band, a clarinet player in the Wind Ensemble, pianist and played the clarinet in Pep Band, accompanied and sang in the Concert Choir and the Choral Union, took piano and voice lessons, and was in Opera Workshop, which did more musicals that opera. As I'm sure you can guess, when I changed schools and majors, I had very few classes that counted as credit to my Paralegal degree.
My hobbies include wasting precious time, reading, listening to music, the pursuit of shiny objects, chasing little old people around parking lots, setting small fires, running with sharp objects, talking with the voices in my head, and breaking out into fits of irrational behaviour. My favorite holidays are Friday the 13th (if that counts as a holiday), Saint Patrick's Day, and Halloween. My favorite colors are purple, green, and black. My car is a Chevy Malibu. I don't like country or rap. I love Irish, Celtic, and New Age music. I don't like sports. My favourite movie is The Princess Bride. My favourite comedy troupe is Monty Python. I love tea (Earl Gray, hot). I love Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. Anything else you want to know, then you can check my interests by clicking on the appropriate button to the left.
